    Vegetable Cooking Recipe

    Ingredients Required

    1.Single/Mixed vegetables 500g,washed & prepared accordingly

    2.Cooking Oil 1/2 cup / 85ml

    3.Onions 2 medium/200g, finely sliced

    4.Tomatos 2-3 medium / 200g, finely chopped

    5.Shan Vegetable Masala 2-3 tablespoons

    Steps Cocking:

    1.In hot Oil fry the onions for few minutes.Add tomatos and fry for few minutes.

    2.Add Vegetables,Shan Vegetables masala and fry for few minutes.Stir and desired quantity of water if necessary.
    Cock on low Heat until vegetables are tender.

    Daal Cooking Recipe

    Ingredients Required

    1.Daal Mung (split mung) 3/4 Cup/175g, Washed soaked

    2.Daal Masoor (split orange pea) 3 tablespoons, Washed & soaked

    3.Oil/Ghee 1/4 - 1/2

    4.Onions 1 large /125, sliced

    5.Garlic 10 cloves,coarsely chopped

    6.Tomato 1 small/50g,diced

    7.Green Chillies 6-8 small/medium,whole

    8.Soya Leaves 1 teaspoon,finely chopped

    9.curry Leaves 10 leaves

    10.Shan Daal Masala 1  1/2 - 2 tablespoons

    Steps of Cocking:

    1.Heat haif oil / ghee and stir fry the onions for few minutes.Add shan Daal Masala and garlic.

    2.Add lentils, tomato, soya leaves, green chilies and 6 cups of water.Boil on low heat until the daal is tender and smooth
    (about 30 minutes).

    3.Heat the remaining ghee / oil and stir fry the curry leaves for few seconds and pour over the cooked lentil curry.Cover and
    cook on low heat for 15-20 minutes.
    Serve with naan/roti/rice and onion rings.
